Situational Acute Fears and Worries

You will learn the structure of fears (as any feelings/emotions) and how to manage them. You will also learn that negative and positive emotions are part of our intelligence (called Emotional Intelligence) and that before changing or breaking any emotion we need to pay very close attention to the message or the positive intention of that emotion. I also will share with you how to get rid of unnecessary fears and guide you through carefully designed series of mental exercises that will enable you to learn:

 

·         How to recognize and manage your intense fears (and any emotions) while trusting your inner emotional intelligence.

·         Particularly, I will explain and demonstrates the structure of emotion with its smallest building elements.

·         That structure will help me teaching simple and easy techniques and a special set of techniques which will help you knock out unnecessary fears (emotions).

·         Moreover, you will learn how to put yourself into good resourceful emotional state whenever you need it in order either to perform a task or deal with issues.

·         My teaching style is engaging, interactive and everybody will have many chances to practice.

 

By the end of the workshop, you should be able to:

·         Identify your own unique ways of changing intensity of your emotions
