Are you tired of being at the mercy of your and others uncontrolled emotions? Get simple, quick, powerful techniques to re-code your mind/body software and bring about lasting change in every area of your life with the goal of enjoying it more and confidently dealing with challenge.

 

 

Emotional Intelligence is:

  • Knowing your emotions - Managing your own emotions - Motivating yourself
  • Recognizing and understanding other people's emotions
  • Influencing relationships, i.e., managing the emotions of others

 

According to different studies Emotional Intelligence composes     from 80 to 90% of success in every area of life from relationship and parenting to career and financial success.

 

I will teach

 

  • How to recognize and manage your emotions while trusting your inner emotional intelligence that conveys specific message to you through emotions.
  • Particularly, I will explain and demonstrates the structure of emotion and its smallest building elements.
  • That structure will help me teaching a set of easy and simple techniques which will help you knock out unwanted emotions and changing mood almost instantly.
  • Moreover, you will learn how to put yourself into good resourceful emotional state whenever you need it in order either to perform a task or deal with issues.
  • My teaching stile is engaging, interactive and everybody will have many chances to practice.  

There is no previous knowledge or experience needed.

 

By the end of the course, you should be able to:

  • Understand how you create your ANY emotion and receive its message
  • Identify your own unique ways of changing intensity of your emotions
  • Master the set of fast working techniques for changing emotional intensity almost instantly
  • Transform your negative emotion into inner peace and strength.

Talking about emotions I mean any emotion: any kind of situational fear like phobias (Public Speaking, Flying, Elevator, Spider… others) or Test/Exam worry like anxieties and any other uncontrolled disabling emotions such as social shyness, guilt, resentment, shame, anger, offence and perhaps, grief and anger you name them. With these techniques you can not only perfectly manage stress but also control pain to some extend.

 

You can use the knowledge and skills for yourself and to help anybody you care about.  

It is that simple when you know how to help. You even can help your children to deal with their studying and tests.

 

I will be sharing many unique approaches that I learned from Richard Bandler and Paul McKenna.

Free of Fears:
 Situational Acute Fears and Worries

You will learn the structure of fears (as any feelings/emotions) and how to manage them. You will also learn that negative and positive emotions are part of our intelligence (called Emotional Intelligence) and that before changing or breaking any emotion we need to pay very close attention to the message or the positive intention of that emotion. I also will share with you how to get rid of unnecessary fears and guide you through carefully designed series of mental exercises that will enable you to learn:

 

  • How to recognize and manage your intense fears (and any emotions) while trusting your inner emotional intelligence.
  • Particularly, I will explain and demonstrates the structure of emotion with its smallest building elements.
  • That structure will help me teaching simple and easy techniques and a special set of techniques which will help you knock out unnecessary fears (emotions).
  • Moreover, you will learn how to put yourself into good resourceful emotional state whenever you need it in order either to perform a task or deal with issues.
