Mending Broken Heart

We all know that time, most of the time, heals all wounds. How long does it take? For some it is couple of months for others years. For some it stays for the rest of their life and affects every aspect of their lives. It is extremely painful. I was there. I see that so often and can feel that pain. You don’t have to wait for time to heal your heartache when wonderful and fast working techniques exist and you can easily learn and actively heal yourself.

 

What to expect

 

Before we start I send you a simple intake form to fill out and send me back by e-mail or post mail. Or, if you prefer, we fill it out together during an assessment session. However, when I have it before the assessment session it saves us a lot of time.

 

The assessment session is free of charge. During that session we have a chance to get to know each other. Then we discuss what exactly you want and I observe your conscious and unconscious reactions to what you want. Finally, I use couple of techniques to find out if I can help you or not. Although most of the time it takes only one or two sessions to teach and run techniques to mend a broken heart the assessment helps to highlight if there is any other issue we need to address. If I can help you, I describe how the process goes, how many sessions it might take and what is your investment. Then you receive answers on all your questions and make a decision. We can proceed immediately to bring you release.

 

Emotions are part of our intelligence: emotions are like signals, letting us know when we need to pay extra attention to some aspect of our experience or learn lessons to keep us safe.

We quickly check possible lesson your emotion might provide you to preserve it. Then you tell me how you would like to feel instead.

 

Then we spend some times to figure out your unique way of creating feelings in response to the external and internal triggers.

 

As studies shows, imagination is much more powerful than willpower. There is another interesting phenomenon: our brain somehow does not differentiate between reality and vivid imagination. Thus, using imagination to reprogram our troublesome patterns makes the change you want much easier, faster and even fun.

 

As soon as you understand how you create your feelings, learn techniques and I guide you through them you reach your moment of freedom. After that you never feel and act the same way. Then we will explore in more details what you want in your future.

 

There is more, techniques you learn are going to serve you for the rest of your life to handle any emotion/feeling and confidentially deal with challenge.
