What to Expect
When you come or we meet on webcam I ask some questions to fill out a simple intake form. Questions help me understand and share with you how you code your bad and good experience.
Then we understand and maintain positive intentions of fears: it could have been protecting you from something or warning about something.
I explain, teach and we do simple, easy and fast techniques for reducing the intensity of emotion to a manageable level. A special set of technique designed to help recoding your body/mind in a way to react to the same triggers in a different resourceful ways such as confidence and strength.
In a very safe manner you do the techniques and you are free!
It takes mostly one or two sessions and you are free of fears for the rest of your life. Moreover you are equipped with techniques and strategies to confidently dealing with challenge in your life.
The same techniques you can learn when you take individual classes or workshops. The only difference is that individual sessions are uniquely targeting your issue and it takes less time to achieve results.

Overcome Fears (Situational Acute Fears and Worries)
Why fear? Fear (both apprehension and worry which are like phobias and anxieties) is one of the most immobilizing and most prevalent problems among human beings. The good thing about it is that fear is a learned habit and whatever is learned could be unlearned, sometimes easily. Anther good thing is that after unlearning that fear you can easily test it: to check is that there or not. A few figures: According to recent Gallup poll 40% of adults have a fear of public speaking. For 2006 according to a Gallup Poll 27% of U.S. adults would be at least somewhat fearful of getting on an airplane, including 9% who would be "very afraid."
BY ATTENDING THIS WORKSHOP YOU WILL:
- Learn a wide range of elegant techniques that will help you remove both your unnecessary Fear/Apprehension and Performance/Exam/Test worry.
- Learn the logic behind of techniques to have flexibility in applying them
- Practice techniques first mentally, then in groups with the trainer assistance and independently to imprint new skills into your body/mind memory
- Learn the synopsis of techniques to handle apprehension and worry
- Learn how to incorporate the set of techniques into your everyday strategies

More specifically at the end of this workshop you will be able to:
- Master all presented techniques
- Create effective action: Decide which set and/or in what sequence learned techniques should be used for apprehension and/or worry
- Apply them to yourself
- Test the results!

IN ADDITION:
You will learn more than just techniques and set of techniques that deal with fears (apprehension and worries). The techniques you learn are basic blocks for sets of techniques used for many other issues like habit and compulsion, addiction, motivation-procrastination, managing relationship and etc. You can easily incorporate them directly into your everyday life.
