Breaking Bad Habit
What to expect
First you receive a simple intake form to fill out and send me back. Or we fill it out together during the session but when I have it before the session it save us a lot of time.
We start with understanding what benefit that unwanted habit could possibly bring and its positive intention for you. Then we find out the structure of your habit, its elements. We spend some times to figure out your unique way of braking habits. Then we find out how you would like to act non-harmfully in the same situations but still receiving the same benefits and even more.
Using will power is very time and energy consuming and is difficult but possible way of changing habit. I offer re-programming techniques along with using imagination to make the change much easier, faster and even fun process.
After changing the bad habit we go for testing the change. We might go to the places where you manifested the habit if you want and if that practically possible.
Techniques you learn will serve you for the rest of your life and not only for breaking habits. Those techniques will help you take under control your negative emotions and become more flexible in dealing with life challenge.
